Posts: 607 05/16/08 03:19:13	Tags : None Hi ladies... That was the best I've seen this season on CSI...until the very end! I remember stating that it was either the man from internal affairs or the sheriff/under sheriff, which ever he is. I was very happy to hear that he was not terminated. Just wonder how Nick is gonna take it when he goes outside and sees Warrick in the car dead. I suppose the solving of his murder will be the season opener. I was really hoping that they would not kill him off the show... maybe just fire him and let him go. Didn't like that part at all! I think Warrick's being on the show boosted the ratings up tremendously. CSI will not be the same without Gary/Warrick. He gave it eight wonderful years of his life and hard work. I do applaud him for a job WELL DONE! jazzy45

Posts: 12 05/16/08 05:04:10	I was not expecting that ending. I was hoping that Gary would come back next season. I can't say that I will be watching much next season. My interest in the series had started to wane, but I hung on because I wanted to see if they would give Warrick more storylines. So since they decided to kill him, I just don't want to watch anymore. Good luck to Gary. I hope we see him in some really exciting new projects soon.

Posts: 610 05/16/08 08:41:31	Hi elrock6 I was watching the ep again on my video tape, and it appeared that he was barely moving a little. I just wonder if he is really dead. I know I am stretching it a bit far, but I did see that. Ya know, they will need some evidence as to who shot him in the first place. As it appears, there is none. The sheriff took the handkerchief back after he wiped the gun clean. So I wonder what would they have to lead them to him. You know that this will be the opener, it just has to be. There has to be something or even he will have to tell them what has happened and who did it. I know he was shot twice, but my grandson was shot in the head and survived and living a fruitful life to this day. The bullet was a thru - and thru, so maybe it didn't do too much damage, other than loss of blood. Don't know where the other bullet landed. But, anyway, they could have fixed it where he would just be let go, but not to be shot like that. That was seriously not good! jazzy45

Posts: 1541 05/16/08 12:08:15 Administrator	Oh my goodness just watched the ending on youtube and to say I'm shocked and sadden is an understatement. Oh my lawd they have finally killed off Warrick. The scene with them all around the table was so touching I had a lump in my throat and now he's been shot and probably dead as I cannot see how he could survive that. Although Gary has hardly been in the show in recent years seeing him go out like that has really upset me. Will need to watch that episode when its aired here soon! I wish him all the best and hopes he moves on to bigger and better things!

I thought Brass was a little grim towards Warrick or maybe he was just being that stern because he felt that Warrick had been given too many chances in the past. I truly believe he's not going to come out of this as those bullet wounds looked real serious and how would they explain it! The guestbook on the main site has been flooded with good wishes and prayers etc and makes wonderful reading because even though Warrick has been scarce in the series in recent years his character was loved and Gary's presence on the show of course will be solely missed! Posts: 612 05/21/08 17:01:50	Hi ladies... Willetta had posted that her most reliable source has Gary coming back on occasions, if he takes care of his business. She also stated that it was printed in a newspaper. Earlier reports did state that he would return on recurring eps in the season. So just maybe he will not die! So many people have lodged their protest on the way that has been done, including the largest newspaper here in Chicago, which they stated that it was " just awful ." I am quite sure somehow TPTB have gotten wind of these protests and they have the summer to rectify the script. It is possible to do so. I am sure they know that their ratings are going to plummet if they don't do something and fast. As far as him surviving, it is possible for him to survive, if he is not too messed up inside. Again, my grandson was shot in his temple area and is alive and well today, living a wonderful life. He had surgery and it was a total success to remove the bullet. But, if it is not your time to die, you will not. His brother was shot in his head and he died. I do feel that they will need some info from Warrick of some sort to begin an investigation. At this time, I really don't see anything they would have to go on to even begin. One writer on the subject stated that this would be another cliffhanger for CSI as was with Nick and Sara. But we will see come the season opener. Willetta, keep us posted on any news from your source! jazzy45

I can't decide whether the finale ending left a loop hole or not because I cannot bare to watch it again!

I feel that there is some way the writers can undo this mess that they have made. I cannot see how he can come back from that, unless he survives but is paralysed and wheelchair bound he has to leave.
