It's good that he's working his core muscles (which improves your stature and elongates the muscles, whilst stopping them from getting too big....
(and talking about 'big', Jazzy45 good on ya', you must have worked hard to ensure that Gary worked off all that birthday cake he'd eaten
last December prior going out onto the beach!)

Hey Silverspoonz...
Girl it was a TRUE PLEASURE to work out with Mr Green Eyes! Yep it took a lot of sweating to get him to start losing, but it was truly worth every minute of our time. There was a lot of ' hard breathing' , calling of
names, etc. going on which made me kow he appreciated what was happening, also.
There are still some rough spots, but in due season, I will smooth all of them out.
